Refund Policy – Dakshta Darpan Campaign
At CHIG Foundation, we charge only a nominal registration/campaign fee for participation in our competition “Dakshata Darpan”. This fee is collected to cover basic organizational and administrative expenses.

Non-Refundable
The registration/campaign fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances (including withdrawal, disqualification, or non-participation).
Exceptions (Refunds are allowed only if):

Double payment due to a technical error.
Transaction failure where the amount is deducted but not reflected in our records.
Payment made to the wrong campaign link/UPI ID due to our error.

Refund Process (for exceptional cases):
1. Participants must send a written request to chigramfoundation@gmail.com within 7 working days of payment.
2. Valid payment proof/transaction ID must be attached.
3. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

We value transparency and assure participants that the nominal fee is used only for campaign management and not for profit purposes.

Refund Policy – Women Empowerment Programs
At CHIG Foundation, we are committed to empowering women through our specially designed training and capacity-building courses. To ensure transparency, we have outlined our Refund Policy regarding course fees:
1. Non-Refundable
The course fee once paid is non-refundable, except under the conditions stated below.
Non-attendance or withdrawal from the program after enrollment will not make participants eligible for a refund.
2. Exceptions (Refunds Allowed Only If)
The course is cancelled or postponed indefinitely by CHIG Foundation.
Duplicate payment is made due to a technical error.
Transaction failure where the amount is deducted but not reflected in our records.
3. Refund Process
A refund request must be submitted in writing to chigramfoundation@gmail.com within 7 working days of payment.
Proof of payment (transaction ID/receipt) is mandatory.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited back to the original mode of payment.
4. Substitution/Adjustment Option
Instead of a refund, participants may request to transfer the fee to another upcoming women empowerment course/program, subject to approval.
5. Disclaimer
The fee collected is utilized solely for training, resource materials, and administrative expenses.
CHIG Foundation reserves the right to modify this policy as required.
