The Rural Skill Enhancement Project by CHIG Foundation focuses on building self-reliant villages by providing vocational and digital skills training to youth and women. The project is designed to reduce unemployment, empower women, and promote entrepreneurship in rural communities.

2. Project Objectives

Provide vocational & digital training (tailoring, handicrafts, computers, mobile repairing, etc.)
Ensure certification & placement/market linkage for trained individuals
Promote self-employment & rural entrepreneurship
Strengthen community-led enterprises & SHGs

3. Key Activities

✅ Vocational Training – Tailoring, handicrafts, mobile repairing, electrical works
✅ Digital Literacy – Computer basics, internet usage, digital marketing
✅ Certification & Placement – Accreditation, job linkages, career support
✅ Entrepreneurship Promotion – SHGs, micro-business set-up, financial literacy
