State-Level Talent Search Competition for Children

1. Executive Summary

Dakshata Darpan” is a flagship initiative of CHIG Foundation, aimed at discovering and nurturing the hidden talents of children in Sports, Arts, and Knowledge. The competition will provide a structured platform for school students across the state to showcase their skills, ultimately selecting the Top 100 Extraordinary Talents.

The project seeks collaboration from Government, Schools, Sponsors, and Media partners to ensure maximum outreach and successful execution.

2. Project Objectives

Identify hidden child talents across rural and urban areas.
Build confidence and leadership skills among students.
Promote equal opportunities for all children in Sports, Arts, and Academics.
Encourage a culture of learning, competition, and excellence.
Honor children with recognition at Block, District, and State levels.

3. Project Details

Eligibility: Students of Class 6 to 10
Age below 15 years
Competition Levels:
1. Block Level: Top 20 students selected from each block.
2. District Level: Top 30 students selected from each district.
3. State Level: Final 100 extraordinary students selected.
